Price Match Promise

We aim to be honest and sincere in all that we do and we value and respect our customers. Our Price Match promise has been created with you in mind. Please see below further details on how our Price Match Promise works.

THE PROMISE

If you find any of our products cheaper online up to seven days after purchase, we will match that price.

We are also happy to match 'Introductory' or 'First time customer' offers from other sites as long as the product in question is in stock on the other website. Simply supply us with a link to the webpage on which you have found the lower priced item. Please also check that it is in stock and how much delivery costs. All you need to do is check that your price match meets with our criteria and, if it does please email care@bedeck.co.uk with all the details and our customer service team will be happy to assist.

For Example:

Example 1

The Bedeckhome.com price is £97.50 for the Dandelion Clocks Kingsize Throw, including delivery, and you find this same item selling at £90 making it £7.50 cheaper than bedeckhome.com.

This retailer however charges £10.00 for delivery making the total delivered price £100. With this example Bedeck are £2.50 cheaper including delivery.

Example 2

Bedeckhome.com price is £97.50 for the Dandelion Clocks Kingsize Throw, including delivery. You have found it at the same price including delivery elsewhere but with a 10% introductory offer.

Bedeck will then honor the 10% difference. (Based on UK free delivery, check delivery rates for cost to your area.)

EXCLUSIONS

For price match purposes the competitor must be a known and verified stockist of the product (excludes ebay and other auction sites).

You must also purchase the product on the same day that we offer to match a competitor's price. Offer excludes matching price of product in any offline retail environment.
