There’s no doubt about it - these are strange and uncertain times.

Life is throwing up new challenges every day, and although each one of us is primarily concerned about the wellbeing of our family, friends and local communities, we all recognise the importance of the commitment and courage of our NHS heroes.

So when a local community group asked for donations of fabric to sew hospital scrubs, we were more than happy to help.

We’re used to seeing our designs decorating beautiful bedrooms, but the skills of the volunteers at the NI Scrubs group have transformed our bedlinen into vital scrubs for the staff of the Craigavon Area Hospital Covid-19 unit.

The team came back to say:

“I just thought you would like to see how some of your pillowcases have been put to good use. I hope you are pleased at what you have all contributed to this fabulous group of people and to our hospitals in the midst of the present crisis. Your donation has been very much appreciated”
