Creating Return Labels: A label must be created for each parcel being returned.

UK Returns: For your convenience, there are two ways to return your parcels:

  1. Drop-Off at Royal Mail Collection Point: You can drop off your parcel at a nearby Royal Mail collection point. This method allows you to choose the most convenient location for you.
  2. Free Collection from Your Address: Alternatively, we offer a complimentary collection service from your address. You can arrange for this service here.
International Returns: Returns outside of the UK and Ireland will be returned at the customers own expense for the exception that if the products are damaged, faulty or not as described.

Return Timeframe: Goods must be returned within 30 days of dispatch.

Condition of Returns: Returned goods must be in an un-used, un-washed, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.

Health and Hygiene Items: For reasons of health and hygiene we cannot refund or exchange duvets, pillows, mattress toppers or toiletries unless they are faulty.

Exchange/Refund Process: All exchanges / refunds must be made through our customer services department and we can only process returns that you have purchased online. Refunds cannot be made through any of our stores under any circumstances.

Reporting Damages or Missing Items: Upon delivery of your order missing or damaged items must be reported within 48hours.

Refund Processing: We will only refund the value of items returned and credit will be arranged within 14 days of receipt.

Free Gift Returns: If you receive a free gift and decide to return all or some of the product(s) under our 30 day return policy, thereby reducing the value of the original transaction to less than the free gift threshold the free gift must be returned.
